Site Purpose

The site is aimed at promoting the services provided by the face painter June Doveton, based in South Warwickshire. It also supports the initial stage of booking an event and payment method selection.

The data you provide is used to permit an assessment of your booking request, including the preparation of a quote if the requested date and time are free.

Who we share your data with

We do not share any of your data with anyone not directly involved with the delivery of the requested service.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data

This website itself does not store any personal data, but information you include on forms will be included in an email sent to Sixth Moon Art. These emails will be retained as a minimum until after a booked event has ended and any payment has been received in full. Beyond that, they will be subject to the standard email purging policy.

If the deposit is not paid and the booking never moves beyond a provisional state, the email will be retained until the date of the proposed event, to permit a delayed completion to the booking, provided the date and time remains free.

If you wish your data to be cleared before that, please inform us by email and all mails related to you will be deleted.
