• After this – if you decide to book – payment of the non-refundable deposit completes the contract/agreement and entails acceptance of the quote – as well as confirming and securing the booking.

The deposit is currently set at £20 and is only refundable if the face painter is forced to cancel by events outside her control. (small business and corporate- please enquire).

• Please provide the age range of any children . Please note I can’t paint under three’s.
• The times should define the period for which the face painter will be painting. The painter will arrive 20 minutes prior to this time to set up and will require a similar period at the end to pack up.
• Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.

Payments

There are several methods available to pay. Please let me know which method/s you prefer and if you want to pay the deposit or full amount straight away. Please note if paying the final amount by payment link or BACS; you will need to do this at least 7 days prior to the event. The options are:

• By card – A secure payment link sent to you via email.
• By bank transfer – details will be sent to you.
• The final balance can also be paid in cash or card on the day of the event Please let me know if this is your chosen method.
